    Sarah Knauer is an Architectural Historian with a Master’s Degree in Historic Preservation from the University of Pennsylvania. Sarah has worked in Historic Tax Credits, Section 106, and as the coordinator of the Hammond, Louisiana, Historic District. She has worked on a wide range of projects, including bridge replacements, road widenings, cemetery encroachments, building construction, dam removals, and railroad mitigation.
