Come celebrate the glassiest night of the year with Glass Half Full and Glassroots on Friday, September 25 at the historic Latrobe’s!
This year’s theme is “Through the Looking Glass”. Come dressed in costume, cocktail, or formal – just keep it glassy.
Tickets Include
Attendees will enjoy an open bar, DJ sets by PellowTalk and QBABY WORLDWIDE, performance by the Jamettes, costume contest, biodegradable glitter, Louisiana delicacies, silent auction, prizes, recycled glass art for sale and more!
Patron Party attendees will enjoy all of the above plus early entry to enjoy a champagne skirt.

About Us
It all started with a bottle of wine and now we’re here to celebrate six years of growth. Since 2020, Glass Half Full has diverted millions of pounds of glass out of Louisiana landfills, converting it into sand for use in coastal restoration projects and local impact through partnership with Glassroots.
As the partner non-profit of Glass Half Full, Glassroots reimagines glass waste as a community & environmental asset. We provide free glass recycling services, promote environmental education and stewardship, and implement coastal restoration and green infrastructure projects using Glass Half Full’s recycled glass sand and gravel.
Together, Glassroots and Glass Half Full have achieved 3 major coastal restoration projects. Glassroots works directly with 22 local partners to provide publicly accessible glass recycling stations, with 235 recycle bins serviced monthly. To date, Glass Half Full and Glassroots have recycled over 14 million pounds of glass! Gala proceeds directly support all programming.
