Pontchartrain Conservancy: Bucktown Nursery Potting Event 5.16.26
About
Thank you for volunteering with the Pontchartrain Conservancy!
Together, we will pot over 1,000 Bald Cypress tree saplings that will be used in future plantings as part of our ongoing swamp restoration efforts. Every tree potted has a chance to be planted in the Lake Pontchartrain Basin, fortifying our coastline against erosion and providing habitat for native species.
The Pontchartrain Conservancy depends on volunteers like you to help put trees in pots, and in the ground. Thank you for your time and support.
