USACE New Orleans District Office: How to Schedule a Capability Briefing

How to Schedule a Capability Briefing with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New Orleans District: See attached document (MVN Capability Briefing Request Instructional Feb2020) to learn how schedule a briefing prior to March 16th.

Per the USACE New Orleans District: This a fair method for firms wishing to schedule and provide a capability briefing to the New Orleans District’s team.  Firms should follow the attached instructions via our public website link designed to assist firms making contact with and workout a date and time with Ms. Sherrie Cordie.

Each firm will be allotted a 30 minute time slot.  This breaks down to 20 mins for their virtually presentation–followed by 5-10 minutes for questions. A team of district representatives from of the Office Small Business Programs, Contracting, and Program Managers from the various office depending upon the scheduled contractors will be listening to the briefings and asking capability questions.  Each contractor will be provided a WebEx link for logging into their assigned session. Each firm shall provide a copy of their capability statement and presentation to Ms. Cordi at least one day in advance of their scheduled date.  It is highly recommended that contractors test their assigned WebEx link at least one day before any scheduled date with Ms. Cordi.

The first date for briefings is scheduled for 16 March 2022.  Future briefing dates/times will be scheduled with Ms. Cordie.
